I'm an engineering leader with over two decades of experience building platforms and developer experience at companies operating at serious scale. I've built my career around the belief that great platforms should make the right thing easy, the wrong thing hard, and the boring thing unnecessary, a philosophy I've applied everywhere from large-scale cloud migrations to rethinking how engineering teams work in the AI era.

Outside of work, I'm based in the Kentish countryside, an enthusiastic train traveller, and currently learning Polish with mixed but improving results.
